  • At Gyanmandi IAS Academy, we are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring your privacy is safeguarded.
  • By accessing our website, you agree to comply with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions of use. We adhere to stringent practices to secure and protect your personal information.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission :-

  1. Online Transaction Charges: The online transaction charges are not included in the fee amount. The applicable transaction charges will vary based on the payment method:

    • Net Banking: As per the bank’s terms and conditions.
    • Credit Cards / Debit Cards: As applicable based on the card issuer’s policies.
  2. Payment Processing Time: Payments made through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking may take 1-2 days to reflect in Gyanmandi IAS Academy’s account. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure timely fee deposition. Gyanmandi IAS Academy will not be held liable for any unsettled fee payments due to any reason or if the payment is declined by the credit/debit card supplier.

  3. Fee Payment System Availability: Gyanmandi IAS Academy does not guarantee the availability of the online fee payment system at all times. Students are advised to submit the fee through offline or online payment systems well before the last fee day to avoid any inconvenience or fine exemption issues.

  4. Applicability of Fee Rules: All fee rules mentioned in the Fee Book shall remain applicable.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

  1. Technical Issue: In case of a technical issue where the payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official ERP, and the payment gateway service confirms the settlement, Gyanmandi IAS Academy will manually submit the payment in our ERP. It may take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited to the Academy’s account.

  2. Multiple Payments Case: If a double payment occurs and is confirmed by the payment gateway service, Gyanmandi IAS Academy will initiate a refund after receiving the payment. Alternatively, the excess amount can be adjusted towards the next month’s fee upon the payer’s request.

  3. Other Payments Case: For all other cases of fee payment discrepancies, the parent or payer must directly contact Gyanmandi IAS Academy. The Academy’s decision on such matters will be final.
